EULA - End User License Agreement

FANTASTIC MACHINES TILE TOOLS
LICENSE AGREEMENT

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Your use of this software you
indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Fantastic Machines (also referred to as FM), provides the
computer software (hereinafter referred to as Software) contained
on the medium in this package and licenses its use. You assume
full responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve
your intended results and for the installation, use and results
obtained from the Software.

This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it
at any time by destroying the Software together with any copies
currently in your posession. The License also terminates if you
fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement,
and additionally you need to destroy any copies or variations of
the software.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS

This License Agreement is your proof of license to exercise the
rights granted herein and must be retained by you. You may not
rent or lease the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile
or disassemble the Software.
REGISTERED VERSION

One registered copy of the Software may either be used by a single
person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
multiple people, but not both.

Any password obtained from FM for the purpose of fully enabling
the Software may not be redistributed for any reason.
DISTRIBUTION

This Software may not be redistributed in any way (CD-ROMs, BBSs,
etc.) without the express written consent of Fantastic Machines.
GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British
Columbia, Canada.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES ARE PROVIDED. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS
PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO
THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,
FANTASTIC MACHINES AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL
WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
AND ANY WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD
TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES
YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS,
WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM
EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
FANTASTIC MACHINES OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY
OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR
INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF FANTASTIC
MACHINES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU.
